Each week pairs a live (or recorded) training session with structured team lab work — building toward the final Internship Hackathon and Challenge. ### Week 1 · Importance of Data in AI Why data is foundational to effective and ethical AI systems. - Role of high-quality data in Agentic AI - How data quality impacts performance, bias, and outcomes - Identify common data challenges - Begin intern team lab on AI-ready datasets ### Week 2 · Data Investigation & Audit Conducting structured data audits to assess AI readiness. - Perform a team data investigation and audit - Assess quality, gaps, risks, and compliance - Document findings and propose improvements - Apply ethical AI considerations to datasets ### Week 3 · Qualitative Product Research Translating business problems into AI opportunities. - Conduct qualitative stakeholder interviews - Identify pain points and AI opportunities - Translate insights into AI workflow ideas - Propose measurable strategic value ### Week 4 · Competitive Analysis Understanding the Agentic AI market landscape. - Research OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Microsoft - Compare capabilities, positioning, and differentiation - Analyze trends in agent-based AI systems - Identify advantages relevant to mAIstro ### Week 5 · Mock Real-World Pitches Professional communication and solution pitching. - Design a mock Agentic AI solution pitch - Present problem, data, market, and ethics - Receive mentor and peer feedback - Add draft AI pitch to your LinkedIn / portfolio ### Week 6 · Build & Hackathon Full solution development and applied execution. - Build an Agentic AI solution on mAIstro - Apply data audit insights and ethical AI principles - Participate in the Internship Hackathon - Complete NeuralSeek Certificates 1, 2, and 3 --- ## What We Look For Open to students worldwide. Curious, communicative, committed. - **You're a current student.** Open to undergraduate and graduate students worldwide. You're enrolled at a college or university and looking for real Agentic AI experience to add to your profile. - **You're curious about Agentic AI.** You don't need to be an expert — but you should be excited about designing AI workflows, auditing data, and thinking through the ethical implications of agent-based systems. - **You write & communicate clearly.** You'll conduct stakeholder interviews, document findings, and present a final pitch. Clear written and verbal communication matters more than polished credentials. - **You finish what you start.** Six weeks is short. We're looking for interns who show up to weekly trainings, complete the lab work, and ship a real Agentic AI solution by the end of the program. --- ## Work Authorization & Location International applicants welcome — please read carefully. Applicants are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable work authorization and location requirements. - **Students located in the U.S. on an F-1 visa.** You must determine if Curricular Practical Training (CPT) authorization from your university is required for this internship. If CPT is necessary, it must be approved before the internship start date. - **Students located outside the U.S.** It may be possible to participate remotely without CPT, provided you remain outside the U.S. for the entire duration of the program. You must ensure you meet all work authorization and location requirements for your specific location. --- ## What's Expected of You The internship is structured around commitments that run in parallel for all six weeks. Each is required — they're how the cohort ships real Agentic AI work together. ### 01 · Weekly live cohort call Every intern must attend the weekly live training call — or watch the recording if a time zone or schedule conflict prevents live attendance. This is non-negotiable: the cohort moves together, week by week. ### 02 · Individual build track Each week you'll complete structured individual work — data audits, market research, pitch design, and applied labs — that compounds toward your final deliverable: building an Agentic AI agent independently on the mAIstro platform. ### 03 · Team of 3–5 interns You'll be placed on a small intern team of 3–5 people. Teams are required to run their own weekly coordination calls and work through collaborative tasks together — a real cross-functional working group, not a passive cohort. ### 04 · Ship & certify By the end of week 6 you ship a working Agentic AI solution in the Internship Hackathon and complete NeuralSeek Certificates 1, 2, and 3. --- ## Open Cohorts - Fall Internship (6 weeks), Oct 7 to Nov 11, 2026 - Winter Internship (6 weeks), January 13 to February 17, 2027 --- ## How to Apply Apply through the application form at https://neuralseek.com/apply-for-internship — there is no other intake path. The form asks for: - **Personal** — first name, last name, email, LinkedIn URL, and an optional portfolio / website. - **Academic** — university / school, degree / major. - **Application** — preferred cohort, time zone (this is an international program — your time zone helps us match you with the right team), and your résumé / CV as a PDF (max 5 MB). You'll also be asked to confirm three acknowledgements: 1. You understand that this 5–10 hour/week virtual internship requires both independent and group work, and you can manage your schedule to complete all tasks timely. 2. You understand that the internship goal is to research, analyze, and design a NeuralSeek agent, and you will be guided on how to utilize the AWS 1-week free trial to build it at the end. 3.
