Company

We built the part everyone else bolts on last.

NeuralSeek was founded in 2022 in Miami, Florida, out of an enterprise data and AI consultancy that had already delivered AI into regulated organisations for years — and had watched a great many of those projects stall in the same place. Not at the model. At the point where somebody in risk, audit or legal asks where an answer came from, what stopped it saying something else, and where the data went. Governance was always the last thing added and the first thing that broke. The platform exists to invert that order.

Why this exists

The problem was not the model.

Three observations from delivery work, which are the whole design brief for the product. Each one is now a page on this site rather than a slide.

  • Projects died between pilot and production

The demo worked. What did not exist was an answer to the review that follows it: an auditable record of what ran, a way to enforce policy rather than request it, and somewhere to run the workload that the organisation was actually permitted to use. Those are review problems, not model problems, and no amount of prompt engineering resolves them.

  • Governance was assembled after the fact

The common pattern was a model, a retrieval layer, an orchestration script and then — late, under pressure — logging, redaction and a policy document. Controls added at that stage sit beside the request path instead of inside it, which means they can be bypassed by anything that does not go through the wrapper.

  • The deployment question came first, not last

For a bank, a health system or a government department, where the workload physically runs is a gating question asked before capability is even discussed. A platform that can only be evaluated as a hosted service fails that question on the first call, whatever it can do afterwards.

Leadership

The people who saw it happen.

A consultancy operator who had delivered regulated AI for a living, and an IBM AI executive who had seen how the tooling was actually assembled.

    Garrett Rowe

    Founder and Chief Executive Officer

A US Navy aviator before a career at IBM across Watson and IBM Cloud, where he watched enterprise AI get assembled ad hoc with governance added last. Founded NeuralSeek in 2022 to make guardrails, observability and the audit record first-class parts of the runtime rather than a layer around it.

    Marc Martina

    Founder and Chief Information Officer

Led TechD, an enterprise data, machine learning and AI consultancy, through the years of regulated delivery work that produced the observations above. Incubated NeuralSeek from prototype to a product, which is why the platform's assumptions look like a delivery team's rather than a research team's.

Three questions about the company, not the product.

The ones that come up in vendor risk review, where the subject is whether we will still be here in three years rather than what the software does.

  • What is the relationship with TechD?

TechD is the enterprise data and AI consultancy NeuralSeek was incubated inside, and one of its founders leads both. They are separate companies with separate products: NeuralSeek is software you license and run, TechD is a services organisation. You do not have to engage TechD to deploy NeuralSeek, and NeuralSeek is delivered through several partners besides. If a deployment would benefit from services, you will be told who is proposing them and on what terms.

  • What happens to our deployment if the company does not?

This is a fair question to ask any vendor and the honest answer is architectural rather than financial. NeuralSeek ships as containers that run in your own infrastructure, against your own model endpoints and your own data stores, with configuration you hold and an audit trail exported to a collector you already run. An air-gapped deployment has no call home and no licence server in the request path, which means it does not stop working because we did. That is a smaller promise than a perpetual-licence escrow clause, and it is one you can verify yourself during evaluation instead of taking on trust.

  • How do we reach someone who can actually answer?

Through the contact form, which routes to a person rather than a queue. The company is small enough that a technical question reaches an engineer, and security questionnaires, architecture reviews and the SOC 2 report under NDA are all handled directly rather than through a portal.
