NeuralSeek on AWS
Bought on AWS Marketplace, run as managed software or as a container in your own account, on Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Kendra, AWS Lex and S3.
Partners
NeuralSeek is sold and delivered with partners — through a cloud marketplace, an IBM seller's quote, or a consulting firm's engagement. This page says how each kind of partnership works and where to start; the portal handles the rest.
Cloud marketplaces
Each cloud has its own page: how NeuralSeek is bought there, what it uses natively in that estate, and what a security review sees. The listings are purchasing routes, not editions.
Bought on AWS Marketplace, run as managed software or as a container in your own account, on Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Kendra, AWS Lex and S3.
Bought through your Microsoft agreement, run in the tenancy your security team already governs, on Azure Cognitive Services models, Azure AI Bot and SharePoint.
In the IBM Cloud catalog as a product and as professional services, on watsonx.ai, Watson Discovery, watsonx Assistant and watsonx.governance.
The same container runs on Kubernetes or OpenShift you already operate — in your cloud account, in your datacentre, or with no route to the internet at all.
Whether a listing is the right route for your organisation is usually a procurement question, not a technical one. The deployment page says what is in the container; the cloud pages say how each marketplace sells it.
What a partner delivers
A listing is a purchasing route, not a different build. What a partner hands over is the product itself — the same configuration surface, the same templates, the same controls — whether the paperwork went through a marketplace, an IBM seller, or a consulting engagement.

Technology partner
watsonx supplies models, data and model-level governance; NeuralSeek is the governed application layer on top of them. Most watsonx customers end up needing both.
IBM is also a route to market: the IBM Cloud catalog entries on the IBM Cloud page are how an IBM seller quotes NeuralSeek.
What each layer does, where they overlap, and why the two are bought together — written for the architect who has to draw the diagram.
Read the comparisonwatsonx.ai as the model layer, Watson Discovery and watsonx Discovery as knowledge bases, watsonx Assistant as the virtual-agent surface, watsonx.governance from inside an agent — each a documented integration.
The IBM Cloud pageA different offer for a different buyer: NeuralSeek on IBM Fusion HCI as one on-prem appliance — retrieval, agents, guardrails and governance behind your firewall — with patterns for healthcare, financial services, and energy and utilities.
The IBM Fusion pageConsulting and regional partners
Consulting firms deliver NeuralSeek into their own clients, usually in regulated sectors, and regional partners carry it into markets and languages we do not staff ourselves. The engagement model is the same in both cases, and rests on three things.
A production-ready use case is deployed and iterated on in days rather than months, inside the client's existing access controls and audit requirements — so the partner's first engagement is a working system, not a roadmap.
Compliance, risk and operational teams build and manage workflows without waiting on engineering, which is what lets a partner hand a deployment over rather than staying on it indefinitely.
Long-term outcomes rest on transparency and traceability: every answer carries its source, every run is auditable, and the platform works across structured and unstructured data — so what the partner delivers survives the client's next audit.
Delivery partners
Consultancies that deploy NeuralSeek into their own clients' environments, each in the region and sectors it already serves.
Each partner's page links to its own site. Working with a partner not listed here? The partner portal is where a firm registers its deals, and the programme is open to consultancies that deliver into regulated sectors.
An infrastructure and AI integrator that deploys NeuralSeek as a container in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and on HPE Private Cloud AI where the workload stays on premises.
NeuralSeek and CPP AssociatesA transformation consultancy rooted in Curaçao and active across the Caribbean, Latin America, North America and Europe, advising on AI governance and data sovereignty and onboarding the tools that carry them.
NeuralSeek and LevanttoAn IBM Business Partner serving clients across North America for more than 40 years, across infrastructure, AI and hybrid cloud, application development and managed services.
NeuralSeek and MAPSYSThe partner portal
Deal registration and everything around it lives behind a sign-in on the portal, not on this site. Access is granted by a person, not a form: tell us who you are and which firm you are with, and someone at NeuralSeek sets your firm up.
How registrations are reviewed and what a registration protects is set out on the portal's own landing page; nothing about the programme's commercial terms is published here.
A public landing for firms that are not partners yet. Once approved, your team registers the customers it is working, sees each one through review with the reviewer's note attached, and keeps the questions and answers on the deal itself. Batches can be filed by CSV, and read-only accounts exist for people who should see but not file.

The same training that certifies customer teams is open to partner teams, and the learning platform is where the self-paced material lives.
Partner demos and demo environments are arranged through the portal and the team, not linked from here.
The three certification tracks, in order, and the certificates of completion that are earned by building rather than attending.
See the training pageThe learning portal the training page points at — the self-paced material behind the tracks, on NeuralSeek's own host.
