Acceptable Use Policy

The rules of the road for using NeuralSeek — what's allowed, what isn't, and what happens if you cross the line.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you can and can’t do with NeuralSeek. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and any executed Master Services Agreement. Violations can result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

1. Who this applies to

This AUP applies to anyone who accesses neuralseek.com or uses the NeuralSeek platform — including end users, administrators, developers, and partners acting on behalf of a customer organization (“you”).

Cerebral Blue dba NeuralSeek (“NeuralSeek,” “we”) reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate any account or workflow that, in our reasonable judgment, violates this AUP or threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

2. Prohibited content

You will not use NeuralSeek to create, store, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually exploitative of minors;
  • promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or the exploitation of any individual or group;
  • incites hatred or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • infringes a third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
  • contains personal data of others that you do not have a lawful basis to process;
  • is designed to deceive — including disinformation, synthetic media intended to impersonate or harm real people, fabricated quotes attributed to real people, or fake news;
  • is regulated by export-control or sanctions laws and would be unlawful to transmit to the recipient.

3. Prohibited activities — security and networks

You will not (and will not attempt to):

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach any security or authentication measure, except as authorized under our coordinated disclosure program;
  • access NeuralSeek services or data using credentials you are not authorized to use;
  • interfere with or disrupt service to any user, host, or network — including via denial-of-service, flooding, mail-bombing, crash attacks, or excessive request volume designed to degrade performance;
  • introduce malware, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code into the platform or systems it connects to;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, model weights, or training data from the platform;
  • circumvent rate limits, quota enforcement, billing meters, or any technical safeguard.

4. AI-specific rules

NeuralSeek is designed for governed enterprise AI in regulated industries. To preserve that posture, you will not use the platform to:

  • Scrape model training data. Do not use NeuralSeek to systematically harvest content from third-party sites or services where such harvesting is prohibited by the site’s terms, robots.txt, or applicable law.
  • Generate spam or low-quality content at scale. Do not use the platform to produce bulk SEO spam, fake reviews, or content intended to manipulate search rankings or social-platform algorithms.
  • Build untrusted decision systems. Do not deploy NeuralSeek outputs as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect a person’s legal rights, employment, housing, healthcare, credit, insurance, or education without human review appropriate to the risk.
  • Impersonate or deceive. Do not use the platform to impersonate any person or entity in a way intended to deceive, including synthesized voice or imagery designed to be passed off as the real subject without their consent.
  • Compete by cloning. Do not use the platform to develop a competing model or product by systematically extracting NeuralSeek’s prompts, templates, governance configurations, or guardrail logic.
  • Bypass the customer’s governance plane. If you are a developer or partner building on top of a customer’s NeuralSeek tenant, do not disable or work around that customer’s configured guardrails, PII detectors, audit logging, or access controls.

5. Account and resource limits

  • One account per individual; do not share login credentials.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or chargebacks.
  • Respect the rate limits and resource quotas associated with your subscription tier. Excessive use that materially exceeds typical consumption may be throttled or billed at overage.
  • Do not resell the Services or grant access to third parties outside your organization without written authorization.

6. Reporting violations

If you encounter content or activity on NeuralSeek that you believe violates this AUP — including abuse, security issues, intellectual-property infringement, or threats — please report it to [email protected]. Include the relevant URL, account, or output and enough context for us to investigate.

For coordinated security disclosure, email [email protected] with the subject line “Security Disclosure.” We’ll acknowledge within 3 business days.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP can result in any combination of the following, at our discretion and proportionate to the violation:

  • warning and required remediation within a stated window;
  • throttling, suspension, or removal of specific content or features;
  • suspension or termination of the offending account;
  • termination of the customer agreement for material or repeated violations;
  • notification of law enforcement or regulators where required by law or where the violation involves imminent harm.

Where the violation is urgent — for example, an active attack, the distribution of child sexual abuse material, or a credible threat of harm — we may suspend access immediately, without prior notice.

8. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via the in-product changelog or an email to the account contact. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
