Internship

Six weeks. Fully remote. Ship real agentic AI.

Open to undergraduate and graduate students worldwide. Interns design and ship an agentic AI solution on the mAIstro platform, complete weekly training, and earn NeuralSeek Certificates 1, 2 and 3.

The programme

From data fundamentals to a shipped solution.

Each week pairs a live — or recorded — training session with structured team lab work, building toward the final Internship Hackathon.

  • Week 1

    Why data comes first

Why data is foundational to effective and ethical AI systems.

    • The role of high-quality data in agentic AI
    • How data quality shapes performance, bias and outcomes
    • Common data challenges
    • The team lab on AI-ready data sets begins
  • Week 2

    Data investigation and audit

Running a structured audit to judge whether data is ready for AI.

    • A team data investigation and audit
    • Quality, gaps, risks and compliance

Turning a business problem into an AI opportunity.

    • Qualitative stakeholder interviews
    • Pain points and where AI helps
    • Insights turned into agent workflow ideas
    • Measurable strategic value
  • Week 4

Building the full solution and putting it in front of judges.

    • An agentic AI solution built on mAIstro
    • Your audit findings and ethical principles applied
    • The Internship Hackathon
    • NeuralSeek Certificates 1, 2 and 3 completed

Who it is for

Curious, communicative, committed.

Open to students worldwide. Clear thinking matters more than polished credentials.

  1. You are a current student

You are enrolled at a college or university, undergraduate or graduate, and want real agentic AI experience on your profile.

  2. You are curious about agentic AI

You do not need to be an expert — but you should be excited about designing AI workflows, auditing data and thinking through the ethics of agent-based systems.

  3. You write and speak clearly

You will interview stakeholders, document findings and present a final pitch. Clear written and spoken communication matters more than a long CV.

  4. You finish what you start

Six weeks is short. We look for interns who come to the weekly training, complete the lab work and ship a working solution by the end.

What is expected of you

Four commitments, all six weeks.

Each one is required — together they take you from the first cohort call to a solution you shipped and a certificate you earned.

  1. Phase 01

    The weekly live cohort call

Attend the weekly training call live, or watch the recording if your time zone or schedule prevents it. The cohort moves together, week by week.

  2. Phase 02

    An individual build track

Structured individual work each week — data audits, market research, pitch design and applied labs — that builds toward an agent you build yourself on mAIstro.

  3. Phase 03

A team of three to five

You join a small intern team that runs its own weekly coordination call and works through shared tasks — a real cross-functional group, not a passive cohort.

  4. Phase 04

    Ship and certify

By the end of week six you ship a working solution in the Internship Hackathon and complete NeuralSeek Certificates 1, 2 and 3.

International applicants welcome — read this first.

Applicants are responsible for meeting every work-authorisation and location requirement that applies to them. It is your institution's determination, not ours, and worth starting early.

  • I'm in the U.S. on an F-1 visa.

You must establish whether your university requires Curricular Practical Training (CPT) authorisation for this internship. If it does, it has to be approved before the internship starts.

  • I'm outside the U.S.

It may be possible to take part remotely without CPT, provided you stay outside the U.S. for the whole programme. You must make sure you meet the requirements for your own location.
