How is the SaaS billed?
It is consumption-based: you pay for what you use, online or through the AWS Marketplace. The on-prem licenses are quoted for your environment.
Can we bring our own language model?
Yes, in every plan. Commercial, open-weight or self-hosted, the same guardrails and audit trail apply.
Is there a trial?
Yes: two weeks with $50 of usage credits. A card is required to start, and you are not charged during the trial.
Can it run with no internet connection?
Yes. The Department and Enterprise licenses can run fully isolated, inside your own cluster with no route to the public internet.
How do we get a quote for on-prem?
