Training

Learn the platform, and prove that you have.

There are two ways to be recognised on NeuralSeek, and they are for different people. Official certification tracks, delivered with a training partner, take a team from a shared vocabulary through to building agents in the platform. Certificates of completion are earned by doing the work — in the labs, in the community, and in a structured student internship. Both start at the learning portal.

Official certification

Three tracks, in order.

Built and delivered in partnership with a specialist training organisation. The first is available now; the two beyond it are in production, and their outlines are published here so a team can plan around them rather than discover them.

  • Orientation and overview

    Available now

Anyone who will be in the room when an agent project is scoped — not only engineers.

The foundational track, and the one that pays for itself fastest, because it is the one that gets a whole department using the same words. It introduces the problems modern AI systems actually have — hallucination first among them — and how grounding a system in a knowledge base of approved material addresses them. A second course goes deeper on the ethical territory: explainability, bias, privacy, regulatory exposure and intellectual property.

    You will be able to

    • Understand how agentic AI changes day-to-day work across functions
    • Share a vocabulary for scoping and governing an agent project
    • Apply platform best practice when planning an implementation
    • Recognise where an agent adds value, and where a guardrail is required first
  • Foundation and core workflows

    In production

Practitioners who will build and configure on the platform.

The core technical track: the mechanics of building, configuring and shipping. It starts with the knowledge base, because that is where accuracy is decided — the retrieval techniques available, and what has to be considered when designing the ingestion pipeline that populates it. It then moves to agents and the mAIstro workflow system, with learners constructing several agents of their own.

    You will be able to

    • Build and configure your first agent end to end
    • Connect a knowledge base and verify that retrieval is actually good
    • Work with semantic scoring and grounding rather than around them
    • Apply baseline guardrails and configuration controls
  • Hands-on labs

    In production

Teams deploying agents into a regulated domain.

Learners build their own solutions rather than following one: configuring a knowledge base, setting up a retrieval flow, and creating a workflow in mAIstro. The track carries domain-specific paths, so a banking team and a clinical team work through the controls and patterns their own reviewers will ask about rather than a generic example.

    You will be able to

    • Implement agentic patterns for a specific industry
    • Apply financial-services controls and workflows
    • Build deployments that keep protected health information away from the model
    • Map a domain requirement to a platform configuration

Certificates of completion

Earned by building, not by attending.

Separate from the official tracks, and recognising practical work rather than course attendance. Each is awarded for something you have actually shipped.

These are certificates of completion for NeuralSeek training. They are not security, privacy or regulatory certifications, they are not an attestation of anything about the product, and they should never be presented as one. What the product is attested and built to meet is a separate matter, set out on /trust/certifications/.

  • NeuralSeek Challenges

Awarded for completing the Challenges programme: a series of feature-based exercises that introduce the principles of agentic AI by making you implement them. It recognises demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving rather than exposure — recipients have built working solutions and hold the foundations the more advanced work assumes.

  • mAIstro Challenge

The advanced one. Awarded for independently designing, developing and deploying agentic solutions in the platform, assessed through practical exercises and a full practicum. It recognises the ability to turn a complex requirement into a working system while applying ordinary professional development practice — which is a different skill from knowing the product.

  • Business and strategic AI implementation

Earned through the internship programme below. It recognises the ability to evaluate a real business opportunity for AI — qualitative product research, competitive analysis, an honest assessment of the available data, and a plan — and then to deliver an agentic solution against it as part of a team.

Internship

Six weeks, remote, and you ship something.

A structured programme for undergraduate and graduate students, open to applicants internationally. It is unpaid and part-time, and the work is real: interns design and ship an agentic solution on mAIstro.

  • How it runs

A weekly live cohort call, an individual build track, and a team of three to five interns working on a solution together — five to ten hours a week.

  • What you leave with

NeuralSeek Certificates 1, 2 and 3, and a solution you built and can demonstrate — taken from an unstructured business problem to a working system with a team.

Three questions about the programme.

The first one is the reason this page exists at a new address.

  • Is this the same thing as your certifications page?

No, and the previous site conflating them was a genuine problem. This page is training: courses, certificates and an internship. The compliance page — what NeuralSeek is attested to and what it is built to meet inside your environment — is at /trust/certifications/. A security reviewer arriving at a course catalogue and a student arriving at a SOC 2 statement were both being failed by one URL.

  • What does the training cost, and who is it for?

The tracks are delivered with a training partner and the commercial arrangement depends on how you have bought the platform, so the honest answer is that it is a conversation rather than a price on a page. The certificates of completion are earned through the labs, the community and the internship, and cost nothing but the work. If you are already a customer, ask your account contact; if you are evaluating, ask and it will be scoped with everything else.

  • How do I apply for the internship?

On the internship page, at /internship/ — it sets out the six weeks, the open cohorts and the work-authorisation position, and the application form is at the bottom. You will need your résumé as a PDF or Word file.
